Lofty Greetings to you today!  I am featuring this fabulous digital stamp from Strawberry Jude Stamps.  You can get it FREE just by subscribing to their blog and following their Facebook Fan Page.  You can access their blog Here.

You Make My Heart Soar Card

I colored the balloon with alcohol markers.  The sand bag and little tassels on the balloon were colored with gold Wink of Stella.  I cut a couple of clouds out of masking paper and sponged on Tumbled Glass Distress Ink for the sky.  I added gold shimmer tape from Close To My Heart to the sides of the card base and added the colored panel.  Finally I die cut a heart border out of Doodlebug red glitter paper to add just under the sentiment.

I am entering this in the Sunday Stamps Weekly Challenge 171- Pops of Pink and you can enter your creations by clicking on this Link or just pop over to see some of their inspiration.

Peaceful greetings to all, today is our last Christmas card installment…I think…

I had to take the pictures at a funny angle due to the gold mirror board, it was totally reflecting me taking pictures.  😀

I used 2 pieces that are 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 of Nautical Navy by Bazzill.  I die cut a 2-3/4″ stitched square into the top layer.  I die cut the Nativity scene in both gold mirror board by Bazzill and pearl white cardstock using the NativityScape die by Sugar Pea Designs.  I used half of the white die cut piece adhered directly onto the back panel and I adhered the gold Nativity part directly behind the stitched window opening.  I then popped that panel up using foam tape to give the scene dimension.

I stamped the front panel with a sentiment from Strawberry Jude Stamps Tag It-Christmas stamp set, using Versamark ink and sprinkling it with gold embossing powder and heat it to set.  The inside was stamped using the Merry Christmas sentiment from the same set and heat embossed the same way.

I hope you enjoyed todays card, thank you for stopping by, please follow our blog by clicking on the “Follow Me” button and Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss a thing!

Alcohol Marker, funky Line Panel Die, Strawberry Jude Stamps, Tag It: Christmas, Your Next Stamp

Happy Holidays, today I created a card using the free digis from Strawberry Jude Stamps.  They are giving free Christmas themed digital stamps to their email subscribers.  Also, join the fun over at Strawberry Jude’s Facebook Fan page you can access by clicking this Link and click to join!  I also used their stamp set Tag It: Christmas.

I colored these adorable images with my alcohol markers and fussy cut them out.  I used my Your Next Stamp Funky Line Panel die for the background, and I love how that turned out.  I used three colors, one for the frame, one to represent the sand and the third to represent the night sky.

I popped the camel image up with foam tape after adhering the Bethlehem city onto the background.  I added a gold star above the city image. I mounted this onto a dark blue piece of cardstock and then mounted the whole thing onto a white card base.

The inside was stamped with All Is Calm, All Is Bright from the aforementioned Strawberry Jude Stamp, and that was mounted onto a piece of kraft cardstock to tie it into the front panels.

I am entering this in the 2 Crafty Critter Crazies Challenge #9 that you can access Here.

I hope you enjoyed todays card, thank you for stopping by, please follow our blog by clicking on the “Follow Me” button and Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss a thing!

2 Crafty Critter Crazies, Elizabeth Craft Designs, Strawberry Jude Stamps

Greetings!  I needed a card for my friend’s birthday, so I was very excited to use Strawberry Jude Stamps adorable digi of four critters singing their little hearts out.  This digi was free last month to celebrate their 2nd Birthversary.  You can find their shop Here

I colored these adorable guys with my alcohol markers, and accented their little cheeks with tiny white gel pen dots.

I cut a speech bubble out with my Elizabeth Craft Designs die and embossed it with my musical notes embossing folder.  I mounted the speech bubble onto the panel with the colored digital image and matted that onto black cardstock. I assembled a layer of patterned paper to a black card base and added glitter tape prior to adding the top layer.

I also thought this would be a perfect entry for the 2 Crafty Critter Crazies Challenge #9, which you can link to Here.  Their challenges are anything goes, but you must have a critter real or mythical be the focal point.

Howdy to one and all, today is the beginning of a week-long Birthversary celebration for Strawberry Jude Stamps, they are celebrating 2 years this week!  I thought it was only appropriate to create a card to help them celebrate.  I got the image from them and you can get this adorable image for FREE too simply by becoming a Strawberry Jude Stamps fan by joining their Facebook fan club page, following their blog or better yet… BOTH.  Then you can create something fun with it and share it with all of us on the fan FB page.  Click Here  and ask to join, it is that simple!  Now on to today’s project…

Strawberry Jude Birthversary Card

I colored these crazy-adorable critters with my alcohol markers, adding Nuvo Pearl drops in various colors to represent confetti, an extension of the confetti that is embossed on my base layer.  I heat embossed the sentiment using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink and clear embossing powder.  I added a tie of baker’s twine to the embossed layer and attached it to the light pink card base.  The panel with the images and sentiment were popped up with foam tape onto the confetti embossed layer.

Hello Sunshine!  I recently received Happy Mail from Strawberry Jude Stamps and could not wait to put these great stamp sets to good use.

Happy Mail from Strawberry Jude Stamps

I was super excited to use the Hello Sunflower on Kraft cardstock.  You can find the stamps and inspiration by following this link to Strawberry Jude Stamps  I love the look of colored pencil on darker cardstock and the trick is to color the entire image in white pencil then add the color on top of that.

I matted this finished image onto Chocolate Brown cardstock and added that to a strip of  Modascrap patterned paper from Elizabeth Craft Designs. A dark brown yarn/jute was added and I frayed the ends.  All this was added to a pumpkin colored base.

I thought this would be the perfect entry to the Cupcake Inspiration Blog Challenge, this week the color challenge is Brown, Orange and Green.  You can find all the inspiration for this challenge Cupcake Inspiration Challenge #429.
