Hi all, today I made a birthday card for one of my friends who shares my addiction with a certain coffee siren…  Ahem… I think you get my drift.  😉

I started with an adorable digi image from Sherri Baldy’s Besties collection and colored her with my alcohol markers.  I mounted her on a black mat and then onto a simple Swiss Dot patterned paper.

Howdy-do to you!  Today I had to take a break from Christmas and holiday card making so I could create a birthday card for one of my dear friends.  I wanted to create a card using My Besties digi stamps by Sherri Baldy.  She has some adorable ones that are perfect for birthday cards.  I picked this one and colored her to match my friend’s looks and personality.  I hope you enjoy!

I used Glossy Accents to add condensation to the glass and to accentuate her pretty painted toe nails.  I used Copic and ShinHan alcohol markers to color in the image and then mottled a bit where her clothing was behind glass.  I added accent dots to add interest to many of the various elements of the design using a white gel pen.  The background was sponged with my fave background Distress Ink…Tumbled Glass.  The stamped panel is mounted on red Bazzill Cardstock and then that is mounted on a Bazzill yellow card base.
