Happy New Year to one and all!  This is my first post as Design Team Member for Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies.  This card is also the one I am using for my “Shake it Up” shaker card class at one of our little cardmaking groups in the town I live in.

The Shaker inserts, stamps and dies are all My Favorite Things.  I LOVE these shakers and sentiments!

Cheers to You Shaker Card

The background was created using Newton’s Nook Bubbly stencil and sponging on Squeezed Lemonade and Twisted Citron Distress Inks.  The glasses were shaded lightly with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink.  This set is so versatile, you can use the dies just simply for the single dimensional aspect or the shaker aspect.  I used for both on this card.  The Shaker inserts are simple to use, just be sure to use strong adhesive.  The Shaker elements are from Kat Scrappiness, I absolutely LOVE her online shop and her custom mixes of shaker elements.  The tiny ice cube shaker elements are from My Favorite Things.

Here is a second birthday card I created with these die and stamp sets.  This second card I used Studio Katia Birthday Balloons Duo stencils with Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Inks.

I hope you enjoyed the cards today.  Please head on over to Happy Little Stampers by clicking Here  Please follow our blog by clicking on the “Follow Me” button and Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss a thing. Thanks for visiting!

Alcohol Marker, Creative With Stamps Challenge, Lawn Cuts Dies, Lawn Fawn, Newton's Nook, Winston's Tee Time

Happy Summer greetings!  The August theme for our Creative With Stamps Challenge is Father, so I am posting an easel card that could be used as a birthday or Father’s Day card.  I also tucked a gift card for our local Golf Course inside this card so Dad could enjoy a couple of rounds of golf. 🙂

I used Newton’s Nook Winston’s Tee Time set.  I colored the images with alcohol ink and fussy cut them out.  I do not have the dies, but the images aren’t too difficult to fussy cut.

I used Lawn Fawn Lawn Cuts for the grassy border and the cloud border.  I raised the grassy border a bit so the card would sit nicely tucked slightly into the grass.

Please follow the link Here to the Creative With Stamps Challenge blog so you can play along with our challenge, remember you can enter anything with a Father theme, and we can’t wait to see what you create!

Alcohol Marker, Close To My Heart, Interactive Slider, Sunsational Stamps

Ahoy Sea Lubbers, today we made a card for my friends little girl, as you may have guessed she LOVES fish.

I wanted to make a slider card, I always make her interactive cards and I thought this one would work perfectly with the adorable Mermaid set from Sunsational Stamps, which you can locate Here.  I colored everything with alcohol markers and fussy cut them all out.  I used Close To My Heart cardstock that is shiny on one side and matte on the other…I figured the shiny chevron worked great for the water and the scalloped brown worked well for the sand.

Be sure and check out this month’s challenge, you can find the post and link up by clicking Here. Good luck, we can’t wait to see what you all create!

I hope you enjoyed today’s card, thank you for stopping by, please follow our blog by clicking on the “Follow Me” button and Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss a thing!
